GME Supply's COVID-19 Response Plan

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our Gear Experts® have put together a plan to ensure the health of our customers, employees, and community, while limiting the disruption in both our business and yours.

The new procedure will follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendation for “social distancing”, and will include best practices for increased disinfection of our facilities and hygiene by our team members.

While the majority of our team will be working remotely to limit the spread of the virus, access to our Gear Experts® will not be disrupted.

  • Orders will be accepted through the normal channels (phone, email, online).
  • All locations will remain in operation to ship products daily.
  • Showrooms and training centers will not be accessible to the public.
  • Curbside pickup will be available. Simply call ahead, make a payment over the phone, and when you arrive, our Gear Expert will deliver your order to your car.

Our team has been preparing for these measures over the course of the last 6-8 weeks, reviewing inventory levels with suppliers to limit the impact to you that COVID-19 is having on global supply chains. We understand that the industries that you work in are critical to the infrastructure of the nation and that your work likely does not have the option to be delayed. We will continue to work diligently to serve you and your business to the greatest extent possible.
