The Buckeye 2.5 Gallon Water Fire Extinguisher is designed for common class A combustible fires. Water fire extinguishers provide effective and economical protection for common combustible fires. Water extinguishers have Schrader Valves incorporated into the Valve Assemblies for easy recharge. The water extinguisher uses plain water as its extinguishing agent and can be pressurized with air (or an inert gas such as nitrogen). Water extinguishers are suitable for use on Class A fires.
